Description
Gluten Free Soya Mince is a quick cook vegetarian protein which can be used in a multitude of recipes instead of meat. Whole soya beans are simply cold pressed to remove their oil content then steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried.
With a tender yet substantial texture, it is extremely versatile and will take on the flavour of whatever dish you are cooking.
To rehydrate: Add Soya Mince to boiling water or stock and soak for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Then use in any recipe in place of mince. Ideal for spaghetti Bolognese, shepherd’s pie and veggie lasagne, the list is endless.
